Upcoming Releases: March 2025
With spring just around the corner, brighter days and warmer weather is in touching distance. The world of literary romance is also heating up through march with some highly anticipated reads on the way.
Here’s a collection of novels I am most looking forward to through March:
Sunrise on the Reaping - The Hunger Games
One of the most anticipated releases for 2025, Collins’ next instalment to the Hunger Games series! I have mine on pre-order and cannot wait to return to Panem through the eyes of Haymitch during the Quarter Quell!
Synopsis: When you've been set up to lose everything you love, what is there left to fight for?
As the day dawns on the fiftieth annual Hunger Games, fear grips the districts of Panem. This year, in honour of the Quarter Quell, twice as many tributes will be taken from their homes.
Back in District 12, Haymitch Abernathy is trying not to think too hard about his chances. All he cares about is making it through the day and being with the girl he loves.
When Haymitch's name is called, he can feel all his dreams break. He's torn from his family and his love, shuttled to the Capitol with the three other District 12 tributes: a young friend who's nearly a sister to him, a compulsive oddsmaker, and the most stuck-up girl in town.
As the Games begin, Haymitch understands he's been set up to fail. But there's something in him that wants to fight... and have that fight reverberate far beyond the deadly arena.
The Strawberry Patch Pancake House - Dream Harbor Book 4
The next seasonal cosy romance from Laurie Gilmore is coming soon, these are great books for a quick and cosy read with all the cute romantic vibes and a guaranteed happily ever after!
Synopsis: As a renowned chef, single-dad Archer never planned on moving to a small town, let alone running a pancake restaurant. But Dream Harbor needs a new chef, and Archer needs a community to help raise his daughter, Olive.
Iris has never managed to hold down a job for more than a few months. So when Mayor Kelly suggests Archer is looking for a nanny, and Iris might be available, she shudders at the thought. But in need of money she reluctantly agrees.
As Archer and Iris get used to their new roles, is it possible that they might have more in common than they first thought, or is Olive just determined to play match-maker…

Emberclaw
This is a new find for me - so I am absolutely looking to read Emberclaws predecessor ‘DragonFall’! This is an epic romantasy with dragons, deadly trials and fated lovers - what’s not to like!
Synopsis: An ancient danger. A broken bond. The fate of two worlds hangs in the balance.
Arcady and Everen have been separated, parted by the Veil.
Alone in Vatra, Arcady embarks on their greatest con yet: posing as a noble student at the University, determined to prove their grandsire's innocence once and for all.
Imprisoned in Vere Celene, Everen is hated by his kind. When he is released to defend his people, visions of the past and the future haunt him. If he steers the wrong path, he may never create a future where humans and dragons can live in harmony.
Time is running out. Threats rise from Arcady's old life and their new. And between the worlds, an ancient danger is awakening. Together Arcady and Everen can face it - but only if they can find their way back together, and restore the trust that has been broken.
Faithbreaker
The conclusion to the Fallen Gods series is on the way and it promises more epic battles, love and sacrifice!
Synopsis: War has come. The fire god Hseth is leading an unstoppable army south, consuming everything in her path. Middren’s only hope of survival is to unify allies and old foes against a common enemy.
Elo navigates an uneasy alliance with Arren; his friend, his enemy, and his king. Now they each must decide how much they're willing to sacrifice to turn the tides of war.
Meanwhile, Inara joins her mother on their ship, the Silverswift, to seek aid. Still grappling with her powers, Inara must reconcile who she is and where she belongs, while Skediceth has to question if their bond will be enough to keep them safe.
Kissen has no allegiance to the old ways of Middren. But, as she tries to find her family, she is forced to question what, and whose, future she is fighting for.
In Faithbreaker, Hannah Kaner delivers a powerful conclusion to the Fallen Gods trilogy, masterfully weaving together love and sacrifice, loyalty and betrayal, and the true meaning of faith.
Slaying the Vampire Conqueror
The next in the Crowns of Nyaxia series is predicted to bring more of the vampire romantasy we have been loving from Broadbent so far! Assassins and vampires this time, a deadly combination I cannot wait to taste!
Synopsis: She was commanded to kill him with a single strike to the heart. She didn’t expect her own to betray her.
Sylina is a dedicated acolyte of the Arachessen, follower of the goddess of fate – and trained assassin. When the brutal vampire conqueror Atrius arrives on the shores of her human homeland, Sylina is tasked with her most critical mission yet: infiltrate his army, earn his trust . . . and kill him.
Atrius is a terrifying warrior, carving an unstoppable path through the kingdom of Glaea. But when Sylina joins his ranks as his new seer, she glimpses a dark and shocking past – and a side of him that reminds her far too much of parts of herself she’d rather forget.
Sylina’s orders are clear: Atrius cannot live. Yet Sylina cannot deny her growing attraction to Atrius, a connection that is forbidden by her vows. A connection that could cost her everything . . .
Which release are you looking forward to most through March?
